HOW OUR
FEES WORK
We typically call for a yearly retainer which is minimal compared to average caretaker fees on island. The retainer includes weekly visits to your home and an interior walk through while the home is empty. All other work needed is billed to a standard hourly rate or can be negotiated for your contract.

We strive to be your contact for anything you need on the Nantucket. Some examples of available services include:

24/7 emergency contact for alarm systems both monitored and self-monitoring

Routine vehicle maintenance and delivery to ferries

HVAC checks. We will coordinate maintenance of systems at your request

Open and close for contractors/cleaners
